Positive: food was good

Negative: The stay was unpleasant due to multiple issues with Room No. 416. There was continuous loud noise coming from the ceiling throughout the night, possibly from the AC of the adjacent room, due to which we could not sleep at all. Additionally, we noticed an open hole in the ceiling, and a pigeon was nesting inside it, which was unhygienic and disturbing. This seriously affected our comfort and overall experience during the stay.
