Positive: A unique gem, a bit removed from the city, main palace on a hill overlooking green fields and green forests. Entire property beautifully designed and decorated, staff wonderful and the food delicious. It's a special experience just to spend one night here and explore the palace & the ruins on the vast surrounding grounds. Khajuraho area and the Panna-Khajuraho-Orccha-Gwalior corridor in general is beautiful, full of history and nature, both polished and overgrown forgotten ruins, and pleasantly unexplored by mass tourism

Summary: Gorgeous renovated hill palace -- while some rooms in new cottages on green grounds below
