Positive: Beautiful setting, gardens were lovely and pool area

Negative: Reception staff was unhelpful when we arrived. It’s not a traditional hotel, no help with directions how to get to rooms, or explanation of where restaurants were etc.

Summary: It was comfortable but not a hotel feel
