Positive: It's well located, close to everything one might need. It's on the main road, but surprisingly not noisy even in a road-facing room. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is quite nice too, though the breakfast buffet could be a bit nicer.

Negative: We had a broken handspray in the toilet that was replaced as soon as we pointed it out. But we shouldn't have been offered a room with something broken, in the first place. While checking in, I was initially told that my request for an early check in was not listed with them, despite my having received an email confirmation from the hotel already. This caused a moment of unnecessary stress, given I was traveling with a senior citizen who needed to rest.
