Negative: Staff are rude. They dont know what is hospitality. I had experienced the same with most of the resorts in Kerala. In this resort, upon arrival, we requested early check in by 1 hour but it was denied straight away even when lot of rooms were empty and already cleaned by that time. I think most will agree with me, especially when it comes to hotel/resorts, ppl love them when the management is flexible.
