Positive: Property is huge and spacious

Negative: 1. Found cockroach in food 2. Lift was not working 3. No kids play area for kids under 5 years 4. Room checkin took half an hour more 5. Hotel was completely unprepared for the holiday rush. Room service didn't pick up calls. They even said there is no one to give even water bottles.
