The main floor features a tastefully updated country-style ambiance, with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and Cookeo, with living and dining areas with large stone fireplace with wood burning stove. The upper floor has two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed and a bathroom with shower. The enclosed private garden faces south and includes a dining table and barbecue. High-speed Wi-Fi, satellite television, electricity, and hot water are provided.
Montboulard includes a shared heated swimming pool, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and is surrounded by 40 hectares of forest.
