-BRASSERIE DE DEU-BRAEK-
Brasserie De Deu-Braek has a changing seasonal menu with classic dishes that appeal to everyone. Enjoy a tasty lunch or a dinner. The menu also includes special dishes for children and vegetarians. When the weather is nice you can of course take a seat on the terrace, and the children will have fun in the climbing house or on the swings.

-RENT A BIKE-
Bicycles can be rented at reception, both for adults and children.

-RENT SOLEX-
For the elderly it is pure nostalgia, for the young it is a nice experience; touring with a real Solex. You can rent a Solex and take a trip through the Thoolian landscape, whether or not in combination with a nice package.
Book a Solex or a package in advance or report at the reception if you want to go out for a day. But remember, the Solexes are very popular, so if you want to rent a Solex, a reservation is recommended.
Drivers must be 18+ and be in possession of a (moped) driving license.

-FRESH ROLLS-
You can place an order at the reception for fresh bread rolls and croissants. You can pick it up the next morning. Delicious at breakfast.

Step into Chalet 108 and feel right at home. This charming and spacious holiday home is fully furnished for a comfortable stay. It has two bedrooms, one large master bedroom with a comfy double bed and a second (children’s) bedroom with two single beds. This vacation home is perfectly suited for a family of four.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a (floating) toilet and a sink. The open-plan kitchen comes with all the appliances you need to cook a nice dinner. A gas stove, water cooker, coffee maker and a complete kitchen inventory.

The living room has a sitting area and an eating area where the whole family can relax. The dining table has four chairs and the seating area has a flatscreen television, a large sofa and two chairs around a coffee table.

The outside terrace lets you enjoy the nice weather and the green garden is a delight. This holiday home has one parking spot where you can park your car.

This holiday home is dog-friendly, as is the entire holiday park. You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friend.

A cot and high chair are available on request.

-BEACH SINT-ANNALAND-
A 5-minute walk from the park is a public sandy beach where you can relax in the summer. The beach slopes gently, so it is safe for children to play at the water's edge.
Bring your beach bag and towel, build sandcastles with the kids, and take a refreshing dip in the water. Time flies here.
Dogs must be leashed on the beach from May 1 to October 1.

-THE GARDEN & GARDEN THE JUNGLE GARDEN-
Walk down the park, turn to the right and walk 200 meters, and you will be at theagarden 'De Jungletuin', located next to Kwekerij van Dijke. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea in a beautiful green, tropical garden. You can order a nice piece of apple pie during the weekend.

-WALKING AND CYCLING-
In Sint-Annaland and on the island of Tholen you will find endless walking and cycling routes. Go out and see how beautiful and natural the island is. The dikes, old farms, extensive polders and flower fields form a beautiful backdrop during your trip.
Zeeland is ideally suited for walking or cycling. You can determine your own route on the basis of the many walking and cycling junctions in Zeeland, also in Sint-Annaland and on the entire island of Tholen.

-DIVING & SNORKEL-
The Zeeland waters are loved by divers at home and abroad. In Zeeland you will find numerous diving locations where you can admire the beautiful underwater world. The Oosterschelde National Park and the Grevelingenmeer in particular are popular for their special flora and fauna, as well as the diving wrecks. Dive site 73 is located at the beach of Sint-Annaland, within walking distance of the park.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the damage deposit of the reservation by the park at any time. If payment is not made on time the park will reserve the right to cancel the booking.

- Tenants and his / her family members or travel group are obliged to dress appropriately and behave correctly and to refrain from anything that may cause nuisance to residents or other tenants. We try to give our guests as much freedom and tranquility as possible and we therefore count on your full cooperation.

-In a limited number of chalets, a maximum of 1 pet is allowed if registered in advance when booking. A pet must be on a leash at all times in the park and must be walked outside the park. The presence of 1 or more pets that have not been confirmed by us, will lead to immediate cancellation of the rental agreement without refund of the rent paid and deposit.

- Each chalet has a parking space for one car. Other vehicles may only be parked in the parking at the entrance (own risk). If two vehicles can be parked at the chalet, you will need to purchase an extra tag / sensor for your second vehicle. The barrier at the reception is operated with a sensor / tag that is linked to your name. You will receive this sensor on arrival together with the key (s) to the chalet. Motorvehicles are not allowed to drive faster than 10 km per hour on the grounds of the chalet park. Driving on lawns and sidewalks is prohibited.

- The reception is open in high season from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 1:00 to 17:30 and from 6:30 to 20:00. In the low season, the reception is open from 10:00 to 18:00. On Sundays, the reception is closed from 1 PM. Please notify us in advance by telephone if you arrive outside opening hours of the reception.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
