The 210 m² house is set within a 1,300 m² garden with flowers and fruit trees. It offers a double barbecue, stone table under the mulberry tree, basketball area, terrace with fig tree, outdoor shower, and restroom. From June 13 to September 13, you can enjoy the small private pool and, just a few meters away, the communal pool, as well as sports courts, tennis, ping pong, basketball, soccer, and a playground. Outside this period, neither pool is available.
