Small independent house completely renovated, two rooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and wc. Terrace and small private garden with outdoor table and sun beds, parking for one car. Very calm environment, near the beaches of Saint-Marc, Pornichet, La Baule. Shopping center (Océanis) at 2 km. Bus stop at 300M. The accommodation is located on a country road where we are neighbors with two organic farms which sell various fresh products. Lidl store just over 1 km away. Jaunais beach at 1400m.
