Positive: The cuisine is superb, the full board is great! The thermal facilities are wonderful, the bed is very comfy. The fitness center is modern and very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they make you feel welcome and at home right away.

Negative: The price for the massages/the quality: It's a 55 min massage but the real massage time is about 45 min as they let you rest for about 10 min. I think the price is way too high for a 45 min real time treatment and the prices for the treatments are on the highest end generally. The quality varies with the practitioner. I had expected more quality and quantity for these prices. I missed a tumbler for the wet bathing clothing; everywhere bathing suits were hanging to dry and it can take forever, especially in the evening. It would make life much easier.
