La Fuie is a beautiful manor house set in 11 acres of Charentais countryside. The house itself has 7 extremely large ensuite bedrooms, a large lounge and a breakfast room and formal dining room. There is a terrace for outside eating. The large kitchen is well resourced with a large range style stove . As well as the accommodation in the house , there is a gite which sleeps 4 people. The house and gite have been recently re decorated and re furnished to a high standard. There is a swimming pool within a walled area with a beautiful bar area for outside eating and entertainment. The grounds have woodland, a river and play equipment for young and old to enjoy.
The house and gite would be ideal for a large group or family and will sleep up to 22 people, so perfect for a holiday with a number of families joining together. The cost is dependant on the number of guests staying during the rental which will be clear on the quotation. A rental for a total number of guests over 20 will incur a slight increase in cost.
The house now also has available for rental, a beautifully converted barn for social gatherings, ideal for small wedding receptions, mini conferences, yoga retreats, art and craft workshops etc. It has a bar area, a large cinema screen is available, and it can accommodate up to 50/60 dining guests. Please ask for more details if you are interested in renting the barn and it's facilities in addition to the house.

Please note that for the majority of the year, we do accept bookings of 2+nights which allows for weekend gatherings etc but during the Summer season the house is only available to rent for weekly bookings.
