Guests will enjoy accommodations with a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, extra-large bedrooms, spacious living areas, and four (4) HD cable TVs and DVD players. The Master bedroom also has a 6x9' walk-in closet down its long corridor between the master bedroom and the bathroom. The MA BA has both a glass shower and an oversized tub! Safe is found inside the master walk-in closet. One bedroom has a jack-n-jill bathroom for easy access from the common area; the other bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, full-length closets, a chest of drawers, and full-sized dressers. The kitchen is full-sized with granite countertops and all new appliances as this condo was recently completely rebuilt from foundation up due to hurricane Irma! It has a full-size living room and dining room and fine china as well. It comes with a good-sized laundry room complete with ironing board and hampers. The sliding patio doors are found all across the ocean-side of the condo, paralleling the beach with full-length balconies protruding both from the common area as well as the master bedroom. The adjacent Westin Dawn Beach Resort has concierge services, a restaurant, and an oceanfront freshwater pool with a swim-up bar!! With its 3 extra-large sized bedrooms and full-sized living room with two pull-out couches, it can easily accommodate 8 people!! This resort sits directly on the Dutch/French open border and is only minutes away from the famed and renowned Orient Bay Beach!!! The island has a diverse selection of outdoor activities, including water sports, scuba diving, horseback riding, zip-lining, and relaxing on the beaches. Take a day-trip to visit the islands of Pinel with its variety of monkeys, iguanas and nature paths, Saba with its rain forest and volcano, and Anguilla. There are also a variety of shopping and dining options on both the French side as well as the Dutch.
