You'll have full access to the entire house, including the three private bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, the comfortable living room, and the outdoor patio with seating. The Neighborhood:
Bondi Junction is the eastern suburbs' commercial and transport heart — the point where the beaches, the parklands, and the city all converge. It's busier and more urban than Bondi Beach itself, and that's the trade-off working in your favour: everything you need is walkable, and everything you want to visit is minutes away.
Westfield Bondi Junction anchors the area — one of Sydney's largest and best shopping centres, with major retail, luxury boutiques, a cinema, full supermarkets, and a strong food offering. Cafés like Cafe Capri and Sourdough Bakery & Cafe make good breakfast stops before the shops open.
Oxford Street Mall runs alongside it, a pedestrian strip of cafés, bakeries, and casual dining that fills up with locals every morning.
Bondi Beach is the obvious drawcard, about 10 minutes away by bus. From there, the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk is one of Sydney's genuinely great experiences — clifftop paths passing Tamarama, Bronte Beach (quieter than Bondi, with a lovely ocean pool), and Clovelly.
Green space is close at hand. Waverley Park is a short walk south, with sports ovals, a playground, and an off-leash dog area up near the water tower. Further west, Centennial Park offers a huge expanse of ponds, cycling loops, and horse trails.
Paddington and Surry Hills sit just down Oxford Street — galleries, boutiques, the famous Saturday Paddington Markets, and some of Sydney's best restaurant strips.

Bondi Junction Station is roughly a 6–8 minute walk. It's the terminus of the T4 Eastern Suburbs line, so you always get a seat heading into the city:

The Bondi Junction Interchange sits directly above the station — the eastern suburbs' main bus hub. Routes reach Bondi Beach (10 min), Bronte, Coogee, Watsons Bay, Double Bay, and the CBD. The 333 to Bondi Beach runs frequently.

By car
Sydney CBD is 15–20 minutes off-peak, Bondi Beach 8–10, Bronte 10, and Sydney Airport 20–25. Note that street parking in Bondi Junction is metered and permit-restricted — guests driving should check signage carefully, and Westfield offers paid parking.
This home is a short walk from Bondi Junction Station and Westfield, so most guests find they don't need a car during their stay — trains reach the CBD in around 10 minutes, and buses to Bondi Beach run frequently from the interchange.
If you are driving, please note there is no off-street parking and parking directly in front of the house is not permitted at any time. Free street parking is available on surrounding streets but is limited to 2 hours between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Parking is unrestricted overnight from 6pm and all day Sunday.
Guests staying with a vehicle during weekdays may prefer the paid car park at Westfield Bondi Junction, a short walk away, which offers daily and longer-term rates.

To ensure our housekeeping and check-in processes run smoothly, we require at least one day's notice for bookings.
Please note:
A 3 PM check-in cannot be guaranteed for same-day or last-minute bookings, especially if guests are checking out that morning.
Guests with advance reservations will be prioritized for check-in.
🕓 Early Check-In Requests
Standard check-in time is 3 PM.
If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll let you know.
For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night before (subject to availability).
Please understand that, unlike hotels, we don’t have alternate rooms to offer. If another guest is checking out on your arrival day, our housekeeping team needs time to prepare the space.

🕙 Late Check-Out Requests
We may be able to offer a late check-out based on our housekeeping schedule:
- Please contact us by 6 PM the night before your departure to check availability.
- For check-outs after 12 PM, an additional night’s fee applies, payable via the Airbnb Resolution Centre before check-out day.
If not confirmed, check-out will remain at 10 AM, and our team will proceed with scheduled cleaning.
