Positive: Super clean, smells fresh. Close to everything. The pictures don't do the house justice. It is a beautiful home.

Negative: My son wanted to play his Xbox but couldn't cos the TV HDMI cable entry point was not reachable on the TV. Also, one bathroom was a bit of a challenge for four guests.
