To ensure comfort and connectivity, the home is equipped with Xfinity —the highest-speed internet—ideal for remote work, streaming, and video calls—as well as a cell-signal repeater for strong, reliable mobile coverage throughout the property. Ground Level
The entry-level features two beautifully furnished queen bedrooms, offering peaceful, private spaces for rest. • Minimum guest age is 23, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• No pets permitted as per homeowner association rules.
