Summary: First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this involved getting out of car, going into the reception and driving to the basement which was off the main road. All in all, very inconvenient. We will not stay jere again. They did not include breakfast, considering the charges, over priced for services and amenities included. Bathroom was not vey clean.
