Travel Purpose: business

Positive: A good run of the mill place to stay, with the normal facilities. Breakfast was okay, room clean, internet not a problem, location was acceptable.

Negative: They took a large deposit on credit card, and then did not refund promptly - this caused work based administration issues. They were then un responsive to questions on the subject - totally and utterly unacceptable for a professional hotel.

Summary: Stay good -deposit return a joke, caused lots of problems, will not recommend to work colleagues
