Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Cheap, cheerful, clean, comfortable and tidy, with all the right equipment. Communication excellent. Off road parking.

Negative: The location is a lower middle class suburb, which was not a problem for me, but for fussier clients they just need to be aware of it.
