Positive: The rooms are excellent

Negative: The restaurant staffs are always talking over the phone in restaurant they are not taking care of guests. While having lunch we requested the staff to provide one small piece of cake from the buffet then they said it is chargeable. As a diabetic patient my sugar level came down first they denied to provide after that I told them to pay eventhough they took almost 15 minutes. I stayed many five star properties but first time this happened.
