Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well during my trip and needed to extend my stay by one night. The staff were incredibly kind, considerate, and efficient in helping me arrange the extension, which I truly appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was professional, well-trained, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. Their excellent service made my stay even more comfortable. The room was modern, spacious, very clean, and offered a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable, and the foam pillows provided great support for a good night's sleep. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.
