Positive: I cannot recommend Hazendal Hotel and Spa enough! The entire property is exceptionally well-decorated and thought out, featuring beautiful art pieces at every turn. I particularly loved the reading room; the curated choice of books made it such a peaceful retreat. The service was truly exceptional. I was so heartwarming that every staff member we encountered knew it was my birthday and offered their well-wishes; it made the stay feel incredibly personal. We had a spa treatment which was wonderful and highly relaxing and a perfect way to end our stay at Hazendal. A huge thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special. We can’t wait to return!
