Positive: We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Niina’s apartment in Kemi. The apartment was exceptionally clean upon check-in and felt very homely and comfortable — a perfect place to relax during winter. The location is excellent, right in the town centre at Keskuspuistokatu. It is especially convenient for winter activities, as the Icebreaker tour pick-up point is right next door at Hotel Merihovi. Shops, restaurants, and daily amenities are all within easy walking distance. Niina is an outstanding host who truly goes the extra mile. We were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gifts such as sparkling wine, chocolates, and sweets, and she also kindly helped arrange our transport to the train station. Thank you, Niina, for your warm hospitality and for making our Christmas stay so memorable. Highly recommended!
