Summary: Stayed here 3 nights. It's a small family run establishment. Good location close to the entrance to the reserve and 15 mins walk from the reserve ticket office and pick-up point for the reserve trips.
Spacious, room with balcony overlooking fields where mongooses and monkeys were playing, and the forest. Room facilities were a bit basic and room looked damp but this was to be expected given the local climate and the amount paid.
Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning because the monkeys can sometimes try to share it!
Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
A couple of restaurants nearby but plenty more in town, approx 20 mins walk away.

Summary: Nice hotel for overnight stop . Lovely to look off back balcony and see water buffalo, wild pigs , native mongoose and the Indian jungle. The location is good with a wine and beer restaurant next door and a number of local tourists shops along the street. It is also located very close to the bus departure for the boat jungle cruises. The only downside we had were the pilled sheets with lumpy little balls, no coffee or tea facility , no safe, no food at all. However we would recommend the hotel and would return. Lovely staff, lovely location and large room with adequate clean bathroom . Also good value for the price we paid .
