Negative: They first told that we are not allowing oyo bookings to be fare first they rejected us saying oyo will adust your's stay at other hotel.after saying that we paid some booking in advance the hotel allowed our stay

Summary: The staff used to switch off the ac from the reception which is very unprofessional behaviour
