Summary: IF you can figure out how the place works, I think it might be useful. But I had to wait $ HOURS outside of the airport because airport security wouldn't let me in and there ws no recourse. So I was unable to use the place for the vast majority of my time between flights. Anyway, I was quite irritated with the lack of clarity, the attitude of several of the staff (they seemed like they were in a fog of disdain and hated their jobs), and the general way everything was run. CLEAR instructions and USEFUL phone numbers could have made it a great experience. But instead of relaxing for the 9 hours between flights, I only got to be in my room for 3 hours. Grrrrr....
