Positive: Jacqueline at reception was exceptional! Very friendly and gave good advice of what’s happening in the area and gave some recommendations. Rooms were clean and fans provided for the heat. Good water pressure. Comfortable beds. Family room had own fridge and kettle. Secure parking. Nice swimming pool. Short walking distance to cliff paths and restaurants.

Negative: The family room didn’t feel too private - which I guess one expects from a backpackers. It’s at the back gate, so plenty cars driving past when entering and exiting. We closed the blinds but then the wind kept blowing the blinds when the windows were open which made quite a noise. Closing the blinds left the room dark during the day because it’s a block out roller blind. I believe a revamp is imminent and hope this can be considered. Otherwise all good and we enjoyed our stay!
