Positive: A great hotel in a very good location on the Poniente side of Benidorm. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff are really efficient and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had anywhere.

Negative: The only negative I would give it is that there are not enough lifts for the number of guests in the hotel. I am disabled. We had a room on the first floor and in the morning, at breakfast time, we had difficulty getting a lift going down as when the lift arrived at our floor it was already full.

Summary: Lovely hotel. We will be back.
