Positive: We stayed with this beautiful family after a last minute booking for 3 days before heading to Bagdogra airport as our plans had changed. The homestay is easy to locate, and we were welcomed so graciously by the whole family. We came from the Himalayas, and were really kindly helped with all our laundry as soon as we arrived. The home felt very safe, we were greeted every time we left or entered the property, and were given WiFi and a tour at arrival, and hot water on request. We also had the pleasure of sharing some of uncles food and tea - it was incredibly delicious and a highlight of our trip to Siliguri! If we return, we would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling here! Very easy location to access airport as well as other attractions and the city of Siliguri

Negative: Uber can be a bit difficult to come by but pre booked taxis work well as well as rapido - the hosts were very helpful in helping us work out a way around the local area!
