Positive: First the staff was absolutely very helpful and hospitable. Extremely helpful and eager to serve. Breakfast spread was more than you can ask for...wide range of freshly cooked meals both Indian & Continental. Big property and good location. Very active staff...you ask for anything and they will do it.

Negative: Room looked a bit run down. Bathroom WC was yellow. WC seats had brown stains. Shower stall is big and good water flow. Towels were mood spoiling - all yellowish or brown :( I stayed for two nights and if not for the helpful staff, I may have left.

Summary: Ok for a halt between Mumbai to Goa.
