The two-story holiday home with solar power supply is independent of the public grid (=no power outages due to "load shedding"). Beautiful garden with permanently heated 45sqm swimming pool (heat pumps). The spacious living area on the ground floor has an L-shaped seating area (TV corner), dining area, open-plan kitchen and guest toilet. Air conditioning for cooling and heating in the living room and master bedroom. 143cm Smart TV with internet access to streaming services. Small desk with comfortable office chair. Extensive security system with outdoor lights, motion detectors, camera surveillance and connected security service.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic electric stove, electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle, and an extra tap with filtered drinking water.
Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed (king size) and a second, smaller bedroom with a French Bed (queen size), a chest of drawers, and a small safe in the closet. Both rooms have direct access to the same beautiful designer bathroom elements, i.e corner bathtub, washbasin, corner toilet, and a large shower cubicle with waterfall and hand shower. There is also an additional guest toilet in the basement.
The cottage has a large veranda with a terrace with a 6-seater dining table, an L-shaped stone seating area with thick seat cushions, sun loungers, and a Weber Itrden. It is only a few meters from the adjoining garden to the main garden with a garden swing bench, sun loungers with large parasols, and a permanently heated swimming pool. The cottage has its direct access from the side street. Guests can access the house entrance directly via the garage.
