Positive: Honestly, after reading the Google reviews, I was unsure about staying here, but I decided to give it a try — and I’m glad I did. I got a very good price for the entire cottage, and the location was excellent. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional service provided by the manager, Ananthu and Manu the caretaker. He went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Although the property does not have an in-house dinner facility, they arranged an alternative option for us to order food from outside, and the dinner was really good. Late at night, my wife wanted Maggi, and surprisingly, they arranged it from outside and even prepared it for us. That level of service was completely unexpected and truly beyond customer satisfaction. The swimming pool was also very good, with a depth of around 4 feet, making it safe and comfortable for kids as well. Overall, the stay was excellent, and I would definitely recommend everyone to give this place a try.
Negative: There was nothing negative about the property. The only suggestion I would give is to provide shower gel and bathing gel in all the bathrooms to enhance the guest experience, as many guests may not carry these items with them. Additionally, the chlorine level in the pool water could be reduced and monitored properly for better comfort. I also appreciate the way the staff handled the environment. Since I came with my family, I was initially concerned because there were some bachelor groups having drinks nearby. However, Manu managed the situation very well and guided us to the area after they had left, which made us feel comfortable and safe. Overall, the hospitality and customer handling were excellent.
