Positive: If there were more than 10 points to give, we would definitely give more. Markus and Rosanna are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts: they greeted us personally, provided us with lots of information about the island, and were always there for us. I’m especially grateful for their help in getting medication and for the many lovely conversations we shared. The island itself is absolutely charming – small, sweet, and full of friendly people. You immediately feel at home and very welcome. For us, it was the perfect peaceful retreat and balance after one and a half intense weeks in Rio de Janeiro. And the absolute highlight: breakfast! Everything is fresh, homemade, and simply delicious – we haven’t had such a wonderful breakfast in a very long time. We would come back anytime. A huge thank you to Markus and Rosanna for this unforgettable stay!
