Positive: Location is fabulous. Its just 12 min from Tapola Lake and boating point.. Almost all Rooms were overlooking to lake and with good view . Outdoor seating were available in balcony or garden to all rooms. Though there was limited options ...Food quality and taste was excellent . We enjoyed Chapati, Subji Chilli Milli and Biryani Paneer chilli, Cheese balls 😋 Also room service was very quick. And helpful staff. there was ample space for children to play in front of room . Though upstairs villa didn't have garden ..it had big terrace to sit and play.

Negative: Parking space is limited ... so we have parking cars in front of reception..very close to others villa door. It's bit awkward. Restaurant is upstairs with no lift facility and the walkway is very steep upwards making it difficult to climb with Sr citizens . Thankfully our parents was not with us else it would have been difficult but they do provide good room service. Outdoor 2 rooms , 1 room's washroom was bit stinking .. and there was no tea coffee kettle and sache facility in the room.

Summary: Best one day trip ever with Lake view , Truly Mini Kashmir!!
