Positive: The hotel kept us informed prior to check-in and the check-in was good. The reception staff was responsive and generally good. Access to Juhu beach is excellent...only 5 mins walk.

Negative: Rooms were not clean. Access to power socket at the desk was difficult - had to remove the small fridge to plug-in my laptop. Aircon stopped working at night and was down for several hours through out the hotel. We were thrown out of the dinning room at breakfast time to allow for a wedding party function. Only alternative was to have limited breakfast in the bedroom.

Summary: Disappointing stay.
