Positive: The gardens

Negative: The pool and the lack of space to sit around it. The pressure to conform to a predetermined schedule of events pre / on arrival and then all activities being fully booked thereafter. The inconsistency of service - at times very good and at other times the sense that the place was overrun, under staffed and you were ignored, forgotten about and overlooked.

Summary: A victim of its own success: beautiful but over crowded and overrun.
