We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 Roll of kitchen paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, fresh bed linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, a few basic spices, dishwasher pods, a starter roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. You’ll also find a starter coffee station with ground coffee, coffee cups, sugar, tea, and creamer—perfect for enjoying your first morning at the house. ☕️
For your outdoor adventures, the home also includes two bikes, a golf cart, a BBQ grill, four beach chairs, and one beach umbrella for you to enjoy during your stay. 🚲🚲🛶🏖️
Please keep in mind that all toiletries, paper products, coffee supplies, and other consumable items are provided as a complimentary starter supply for your arrival. Depending on the length of your stay and your personal needs, you may wish to purchase additional supplies during your visit.

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions. The pool heater is available for $45 per day, $287 per week, or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay. If the Propane tank for the gas grill is empty, you can exchange it at any Publix Supermarket.
