The home sits on the Vidanta Golf Course on top of the affluent street of Paseo Finisterra. With a historical charm of Mexico, this architecturally designed home has the shape of a Conch Shell. With white painted, curved walls and 3 floor circular open staircase running throughout it’s center. Therefore we named this home Concha Blanca (White Conch Shell).
This home is approximately 3000 square feet. The light from the 8-foot skylight brings in natural sun and moonlight into the home and all the way down this 3 story staircase to the Lower open landing. The staircase spirals similar to a Grand Cruise ship with all the splendor and awe inspiring look.
Great privacy is offered with 4 private master bedroom suites, with their own bathroom, with massive showers. All bedrooms have views of your private pool, large pool deck, golf course and the blue ocean. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a King or Queen bed and a twin air mattress set up in storage benches. There is also a Twin Bed in the open Lounge Landing at the bottom of the staircase on the way out to your private pool and jacuzzi.
The Main Floor includes a Living Room, a Half Bathroom, Kitchen, Bar and Dining Room with Large Bay Windows overlooking the golf course and ocean view. Enjoy a margarita on the deck or sitting by your PRIVATE Pool / Jacuzzi.

DISCLOSURES:
POOL SERVICE, GARDENERS maintain the outside of the home once or twice a week. They never come into the home, without notice or emergency service. Garbage is picked up curbside twice a week. Other repairs/updates may be required during your stay.
There is an open staircase as seen in photos that may not be safe for very young children. The pool staircase from balcony has a gate to HELP prevent children from entering the poolside. Yet, this may not be the best home for very young children.
FUMIGATION for inside and outside is scheduled monthly. They will need access to the home. It takes approximately 30 to dry. We recommend having pets out of the home during this time.

We do all we can to ensure non-error stay, with 2 back up water systems, great list of repairmen and we will even dig the hole ourselves to speed up a repair.
